Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from the warehouse inventory system with 100% accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and labeling.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform regular quality control checks on outgoing orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
