Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify item quantities against purchase orders and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for quality control and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to cross-train on various warehouse functions.
