Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Verify item quantities and descriptions against customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and reduce returns.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory counts within the designated zones.
- Package Preparation: Label packages correctly, apply appropriate shipping materials, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a tidy, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as required.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse software and scanning equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eyesight and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks without significant errors.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (on-the-job training provided).
