Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and conveyors safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and reading work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work history.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
