Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse floor in accordance with pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by checking product descriptions and quantities against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
