Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to strict accuracy and timeliness standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to log inventory movements.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure outbound trucks are loaded efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
