Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from inventory shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists efficiently.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy and apply shipping labels to all packages before they leave the dock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies (training provided).
- Report any damaged inventory or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic is essential.
