Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select merchandise from shelves and package items according to shipping guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to verify stock levels and item locations.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Shipment Preparation: Label, sort, and prepare packages for delivery carriers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level applicants are welcome; training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and arithmetic.
