Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse equipment and technology.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure all packing materials are used efficiently and that packages are securely sealed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime as needed.
