Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory and track orders.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure completeness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience (picker/packer) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature-controlled environments.
