About the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to select, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with precision and speed. We value accuracy and efficiency above all else.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage before packaging.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards.
- Sort, bundle, and label packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
