Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Label, sort, and stage packages for shipping in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
