Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and packing slips using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for quality control and report any damage or defects immediately.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily production and accuracy goals.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
