As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. We value reliability and accuracy above all else.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and barcodes.
- Package items securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by scanning products and checking labels against the work order.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Load goods onto pallets or conveyor belts for final shipping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-hour shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
