Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Prepare, label, and stage packages for timely shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production quotas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Physically capable of repetitive motion tasks.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
