Your Role
As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will ensure that customer orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time, maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from inventory locations using handheld scanners.
- Verify order accuracy and inspect items for quality before shipping.
- Label packages correctly and ensure proper placement in shipping zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
