Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing them into boxes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are happy to train the right candidate!
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
