Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Packaging: Securely package items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S protocols.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading and unloading trailers efficiently and safely.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Reliability: History of punctuality and dependability.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
