Responsibilities
- Product Selection: Pick and verify items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists with 99.9% accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack products securely in appropriate boxes, ensuring they are labeled correctly for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse floor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Perform final inspections on packed orders to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce returns.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and spot discrepancies in orders.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required for this role.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
