Responsibilities
- Select and pack products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns with 99.9% accuracy.
- Prepare and label packages for shipping according to company protocols and carrier requirements.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new processes.
