Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and correct pricing before packaging.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information, barcodes, and destination labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process returns and manage inventory adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
