Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to priority schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging
- Maintain organized inventory with systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document inventory discrepancies using digital systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
