Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and warehouse procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Update inventory systems in real-time using handheld devices
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
