Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Optimize packing efficiency while ensuring damage-free shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Proficient with handheld scanning devices (RF scanners)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
