Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Package items securely with proper materials to prevent damage
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reporting discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
