Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Inspect and prepare items for shipment with proper labeling
- Maintain organized, clean workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus (Miami market advantage)
