Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory levels and participate in cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
