Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and packing instructions
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and sort inventory into designated zones
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Track inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to/from night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
