Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
