As a key part of our supply chain, you'll ensure accurate order fulfillment while working in a climate-controlled environment with competitive pay and growth opportunities. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to warehouse management system instructions
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory in designated zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming shipments
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Orlando facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
