Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners and packing materials
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training
- Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
