Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to work site
