Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems with training
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging procedures
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
