Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor belts (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory zones and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to meet company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for digital inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
