As a Picker Packer, you'll play a vital role in our supply chain operations. This position offers immediate start dates and opportunities for growth within the company. No prior warehouse experience needed – we provide all necessary training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack products according to order specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of all shipments
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
