Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow inventory management procedures and assist with cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper lifting techniques
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
