Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld devices to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to uphold safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
