Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack products based on order specifications using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper lifting techniques
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
