Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and pick tickets
- Package items securely with proper materials and labeling
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) after training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Participate in inventory counts and quality checks
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and reading skills
- Reliable transportation to our facility
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screen
