Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to daily schedules and specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including hand scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming shipments as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
