Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for quality before shipping
- Organize and maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
