Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure operational efficiency
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper training
- Reliable transportation to our Washington DC facility
