We are currently seeking motivated Picker Packers to join our growing team in Norfolk, Virginia. You will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or voice-picking technology.
- Package items securely using cardboard, bubble wrap, and tape to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
