Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to the 4560 Industrial Park Blvd location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
