Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient inventory zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid ID for background check
