Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable breaks
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance available)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
