Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Report equipment issues and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional assistance
