Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to warehouse procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Reliable transportation to shift location
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
