Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications
- Package products securely and efficiently using proper materials
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Scan and label packages according to company procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reporting
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
