Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic scanning and labeling
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors about order status and issues
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime shifts including weekends (paid at 1.5x rate)
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
